I am the founder of Oak and Vine Capital, where I help investors multiply their money so they can, in turn, multiply their impact.I started my entrepreneurial journey in college, launching a computer consulting business for small businesses. Later, as a college minister and Operations Director, I mentored young professionals to discover and deploy their unique skills for Kingdom advancement.Today, I’m passionate about investing in businesses that create Kingdom impact.I’m currently invested in over 14 syndication projects in multifamily, industrial, private credit, preferred equity and Oil and Gas.I’m actively invested in 136 multifamily units in Ankeny, IA, 48 units in Des Moines, IA, and an industrial warehouse in Tulsa, OK.I also manage over $6M in the Oak and Vine Upstream Energy Fund 1 &2 and co-own Heirloom Cottage AirBNBAdditionally, I’m a fund manager on 1,000 multifamily units with Starting Point Capital.My greatest joy is found in my relationships with my wife, Katie, and our four children.We love being outside, skiing, mountain biking, and a newfound interest in rucking.I often write on LinkedIn about getting the #triplewin, winning at work, home, and community.Aaron Jameson
A lifelong entrepreneur, Aaron Jameson’s career in sales began at age twelve when his Dad pushed him to start door-knocking the neighborhood to sell farm-raised eggs. This early aptitude for business development and sales transformed into a versatile career characterized by leadership, service, and strategic growth. After starting a private music studio to fund his graduate and seminary studies, Aaron dedicated over a decade to leadership development in the ministry and nonprofit sectors—experience that refined his relational approach to business and leadership.
Today, Aaron is the founder and owner of a successful holiday lighting business and balances his professional energy between ministry leadership development and private investing through Jameson Capital. As a capital raiser and investor, he leverages his diverse background to identify valuable opportunities and create impact for his partners, pursuing a courageous commitment to preservation, growth, and legacy-building.
Aaron currently lives in West Des Moines, Iowa, with his wife, Megan, and their four children.
Josh Bloyer
Josh is a Minnesota and Florida based real estate professional and investor with operating experience in diverse projects ranging from fix-and-flips and full-scale remodels to long-term rental acquisitions and ground-up construction.
In addition to his real estate experience, Josh has a decades long history of serving in leadership at his local church, where he developed a people-first leadership style grounded in integrity, accountability, and stewardship. He brings that same relational, integrity-first philosophy to investing.
Clyde Bloyer
Clyde brings more than 42 years of commercial banking experience, with deep expertise in sourcing, structuring, and underwriting commercial business and real estate projects throughout the Midwest.
Throughout his banking career, Clyde built a reputation for disciplined financial analysis, prudent risk management, and trusted client relationships. He is passionate about helping investors achieve their financial goals through thoughtful diversification and strategic real estate investments.
Robert Bellinger
Robert H. Bellinger II has spent his career helping people turn ideas into something that lasts. For more than twenty years, he practiced law with a focus on estate planning, business, commercial law, and finance, guiding clients as they structured their enterprises, protected their assets, and planned for long-term success. That work gave him a front-row seat to a simple truth: the ventures that endure are the ones built on strong legal and financial foundations.
That insight shaped the next chapter of his career. Robert expanded into real estate development and private capital, fields where his instinct for legal precision and strategic planning proved especially valuable. As the owner of Premier Builders and Developers LLC, he oversees the construction of custom homes and small-scale development projects throughout Northeast Indiana, pairing hands-on building experience with the legal acumen he spent decades refining.
Today, Robert is the founder of Premier Capital Partners, where he works to bridge the gap between investors and real-world real estate opportunities. As a capital raiser and developer, he draws on his diverse background to connect capital with purpose, helping investors take part in projects that are thoughtfully designed, well-structured, and built to create both financial returns and lasting community impact.
A firm believer that great developments start with great relationships, Robert remains deeply invested in the communities he builds in, partnering locally to strengthen the places his projects call home.
Karen Villacrusis - Executive Assistant
As part of the Oak and Vine Capital team, Karen supports Nick in delivering meaningful value to investors by helping them multiply their money and their impact. She plays a key role in streamlining operations, managing social media, and assisting in building authentic relationships with investors, as well as sourcing purpose-driven opportunities. Her behind-the-scenes support allows Nick to stay focused on high-level strategy and investor engagement.
Karen is passionate about helping others thrive and takes joy in making the details run smoothly so the mission can move forward with clarity and excellence. She loves supporting Nick in connecting with values-aligned investors and uncovering opportunities that allow them to multiply both their resources and their Kingdom impact.
Outside of work, Karen is all about family. Her favorite bonding moments include karaoke nights and sharing great food with her loved ones—simple joys that recharge her and fuel her desire to serve well.
