Am I an accredited investor?

An Accredited Investor is defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission to include a natural person with:

  1. A net worth or joint net worth with the person's spouse exceeding $1 million, not including the value of the primary residence, and/or

  2. An annual income of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income in the current year.

Do you offer investment opportunities for non-accredited investors?

Yes - click the ready to invest button to get started. Prior existing relationships must also be established. In order to qualify, please click the ready to invest button above and complete an on-boarding phone call with someone on our investor relations team. It’s very important you complete the phone call so your account can be verified.

What types of accounts can I invest through?

Oak and Vine allows several types of entities or accounts when investing. The most common are as an individual or through a retirement account such as a self-directed IRA. However, you can invest jointly, through an LLC (limited liability company), Corporation, Partnership, 401k, 1031, or Trust.

What type of tax documents will I receive?

You will receive a Form K-1. A Form K-1 is a tax form used by partnerships to provide investors with detailed information on their share of a partnership’s taxable income. We seek to finalize all Form K-1s annually by March 31st, however, we do rely on outside reporting and may require additional time to furnish the forms in a way that is to the investor’s best advantage. Accordingly, you may be required to obtain one or more extensions for filing federal, state and local tax returns, but that is not our intention.

What are the risks involved?

What proof of ownership do I receive after I invest?

  • Every investor completes a legally binding subscription document that is signed by the General Partner Team. You will receive a K-1 statement each spring. You are given access to our online portal for tracking distributions

What type of reporting can I expect?

  • We provide quarterly reports to investors!
